Terms of Service

Welcome to my Terms of Service! By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms below, wether you have read it or not. Failure to abide by my TOS may result in you being blacklisted.

> Payment will always be taken upfront. If you do not have the money to pay right away, I will reserve a slot for you for a week. If the money isn't recieved by then, you will lose your slot.
- Slots will not be reserved for kofi commissions.> Please only provide clear references of what you want me to draw. Messy references are difficult for me to use, so having a clear reference makes things easier for both me and you.
- I will not accept AI generated images for references.> Using any art I create for you for AI purposes is not allowed under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This includes using my art for c.ai.
!! YOU WILL BE IMMEADLATELY BLACKLISTED IF YOU USE ANY OF MY ARTWORK FOR AI !!> You are allowed to use my artwork for whatever you please, as long as you are not using it for monetary purposes or AI.> Please do not rush me for a commission. My ability to work on art depends on both my mental health, and my life outside the internet. If progress on a commission has to be delayed for any reason, I will notify you.> All prices are final. No exceptions.> Money paid for a commission will not be spent until I complete the commission. If at any time you would like a refund, you will receive a full refund with any progress I've done on the commission.
- YOU CANNOT REQUEST A REFUND AFTER THE COMMISSION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.> I have the right to deny service to anyone. If you disrespect me, I will either refund or deny service to you.
- You will also be added to the blacklist.> Please be mindful that my responses may be slow depending on how busy I am irl. I'm also a bit shy, so please be patient with me.
- I don't mind small talk while we talk regarding your commission, but please don't be weird or flirt with me.> I will give updates on your commission as often as I can, along with showing the full sketch once I begin. Please let me know about any changes you would like made while the artwork is in the sketch phase. I will not make changes to a piece after I finish the lineart.

Here you will find additional information regarding my commissions, along with a small FAQ. If you have any questions that aren't answered here, don't be afraid to ask!- I will always provide a timeframe for myself to work on a commission, but I am more likely to work on commissions during the weekend, as I currently have a part time job during the week.- My timezone is CST (Central Standard Time). You may contact me at any time for a commission, but keep in mind If you contact me around 10pm CST I will very likely have gone to bed. (Unless it's the weekend.)- I struggle with communication sometimes so if applicable, use tone indicators when talking to me. I'm awful at reading tones, so they help me a lot.

FAQ

> How long do your commissions remain open?
- How long my commissions remain open depends on my mental health, motivation, and financial standing. They are usually open, but if I ever close them for any reason it will be announced on my socials! I also may close my commissions temporarily if all slots have been filled or I have a long queue.
- Keep in mind my commissions will always be closed annually during July for ArtFight.> Can I pay using a payment method not listed?
- No. I may offer more ways for payment in the future, but for now I will stick to Paypal, CashApp, and Kofi.> Do you take art requests?
- Unless explicitly stated, no. If my Strawpage is open then you may request something there or via my tumblr inbox, but it is unlikely I will do it.> Can we do an Art Trade?
- I only do art trades with friends and people I know. Sorry.> Will you ever do 3d model commissions?
- For now, unfortunately no. I need more experience before I start making people pay for that sort of thing. I still have much to learn, haha.
